Wrexham are two games away from potentially securing promotion to the Championship and have been utilising their squad well.
Wrexham beat Blackpool 2-1 on Monday, seeing them climb back above Wycombe Wanderers in the table.
The Red Dragons are now predicted to finish second in League One, which would see them make EFL history by securing a third straight promotion.
The campaign is not done yet, however, with Wrexham set to face Charlton Athletic in a major clash on Saturday afternoon.
It is the day’s late kick-off and the Welsh outfit will already know if they can confirm their promotion on April 26 before getting underway as Wycombe play their clash at 12:30pm.
Ahead of the game, Phil Parkinson has been discussing his plans for the run-in and sent a message to Wrexham players who have not been featuring as much.

Phil Parkinson praises fringe Wrexham players
Wrexham fans wanted Paul Mullin back in the team last week after he once again missed out.
Mullin, along with Ollie Palmer, have not lined out in the league since January 28, 2025, versus Stevenage.
Another player who had not featured that much until recently was Dan Scarr. But he has since returned to the side following a knock picked up by Eogan O’Connell.
Scarr was superb against Blackpool, and he has now come in for praise from Parkinson, who was also quick to give credit to other stars not currently featuring for their displays in training.
He said, as per Leader Live: “Get the lads in because we’ve got to make sure the standard of training is high, because look at Dan Scar.
“He hasn’t played for a long time – obviously he played 45 minutes against Bristol Rovers – but he came in and played brilliantly against Blackpool.
“That’s because the standard of the training has been so high of the lads not in the team and there’s a great credit to all those guys for that.”

Phil Parkinson plan for rest of Wrexham season
Wrexham’s 2024/25 season will hopefully end on May 3, though it will extend if they are forced to compete in the play-offs.
After taking on Charlton in their final fixture at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham travel to Lincoln City on the final day next week.
Ahead of perhaps the most important 180 minutes of football in the club’s history, Parkinson also shared his plan for the remainder of the season.
He said: “I am just going to concentrate now on keeping my head down and focus on training.”
