Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s Wrexham are currently battling at the top end of League One, vying for automatic promotion.
Wrexham beat Wycombe Wanderers 1-0 in their last league outing, seeing them temporarily move back up to second.
However, Wycombe then played out their game in hand versus Rotherham United, securing a 3-2 win to climb above the Red Dragons once more.
Going into the weekend’s League One action, when the Chairboys don’t play, only goal difference is now separating the two teams.
When looking at how Wrexham and Wycombe’s fixtures compare in the remainder of the season, Phil Parkinson’s men, on paper, do have a slightly easier run-in.
However, there’s still a good chance that when the normal campaign draws to a close, the Welsh outfit will be in the play-offs.

Rival fans tip Wrexham for League One play-offs
There are only six points separating Wrexham and fifth-place Stockport County going into their meeting this weekend.
And now, rival fans are all of the opinion that it won’t be the Hollywood club who clinchs that final automatic promotion place alongside Birmingham City.
The official League One X/Twitter page asked fans who they think will end up in the play-offs this term.
And nearly every response to the tweet in question included Wrexham as one of the four teams.
One fan wrote: “Wrexham, Wycombe, Stockport, Huddersfield.”
A second replied: “Wrexham, Stockport, Charlton, Huddersfield.”
A third stated: “Wrexham, Charlton, Stockport, Bolton.”
One supporter even tipped Wrexham to finish fifth and Charlton to win the play-offs: “Stockport, Charlton, Wrexham, Hudds. Charlton to win it.
Another also backed Wrexham to drop lower than their current third position, writing: “3. Charlton 4. Wrexham 5. Stockport 6. Huddersfield.”
Wrexham record in play-offs is concerning
They have only been owners for just over four years but Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are already very familiar with the heartbreak the play-offs can cause.
Wrexham finished second in the National League during their debut campaign before losing out to Grimsby Town in the play-offs.
This was the latest in a 36-year-long run of the Red Dragons failing to emerge victorious when competing in the play-offs.
In 1989 they lost the Fourth Division play-off final to Leyton Orient, in the 2011 Conference Premier play-off semi-final they were bested by Luton Town.
The Hatters then beat them yet again a year later in the competition before defeat to Newport County followed in 2013.
Then, in 2019, they competed in the National League eliminator and lost to Eastleigh.
