Wrexham owner Ryan Reynolds has given a one-word description of Red Dragons legend Ollie Palmer, whilst his future at the club remains uncertain.
Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have completely transformed the club, both on and off the pitch.
When they took over during the National League days, a wave of optimism spread across the town of Wrexham, but nobody could have envisaged their tenure in North Wales going this well.
The Red Dragons have notched three successive promotions to reach the Championship, whilst Reynolds and Mac continue to bring a worldwide audience to the club.
Wrexham played their first home Championship game at the weekend as they welcomed West Brom to the Racecourse Ground, which had both Reynolds and Mac in attendance.
The Hollywood pair were swamped with media duties on the day, which included Reynolds being asked for his one-word verdict of Ollie Palmer.

What Ryan Reynolds said about Ollie Palmer
Via Wrexham’s Instagram, Ryan Reynolds was asked to describe former and current Red Dragons superstars with one word.
When it came to describing Wrexham legend Ollie Palmer with one word, Reynolds paused for a moment before referring to the Red Dragons striker as ‘gorgeous’.
Palmer’s future at Wrexham is in doubt after Phil Parkinson made it clear that his game time would be limited this season in the Championship.
The Wrexham forward is the joint-third longest serving Wrexham player at this moment, having been at the club since 2022 alongside Elliot Lee and Thomas O’Connor. Only Paul Mullin and Max Cleworth have been around for longer.

Ollie Palmer will be keen to stay at Wrexham
The future of Ollie Palmer at Wrexham has been in doubt for some time, with there being talks back in January about the forward potentially moving away from the Racecourse Ground on loan.
Discussing the chat he had with Phil Parkinson at the time, Palmer said: “He thinks it’s best for me to go out on loan, I said I want to be part of the promotion. I’ve given everything to this club and the community and loved it.
“Why would I then want to…. It’s just I’ve built a bond with the boys and the staff and the fans, and everything to do with Wrexham.
“I just don’t know what to do. You don’t want to be somewhere where you’re not wanted, but my heart is to be at this football club and continue what I’ve been doing and help the team in any way, so I just don’t know.”
Palmer’s views will no doubt reflect what he was thinking six months before, especially after promotion to the Championship.
The odds are stacked against Palmer, but he will still no doubt be keen to stay at Wrexham and fight for his place.
