Wrexham and their players have been on a journey since Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac took ownership of the club, with several changes, one of the biggest changes being the Hollywood stars that have visited the club, like Channing Tatum.
Phil Parkinson has guided the club through the divisions with a historic three consecutive promotions from the National League to the Championship.
In preparation for this higher level, the owners of the Red Dragons invested in the summer transfer window to ensure their rise does not stop and to help push towards the Premier League, so Wrexham spent £33 million on summer signings.
The success, documentary and ownership have seen the exposure of the club grow, and this has led to stars visiting the club and doing adverts to further expand the reputation of the Welsh side, with one incident leading to a worrying night with Channing Tatum for some of the players.

Channing Tatum apologised to Ryan Reynolds for a night out he had with the Wrexham players
Ahead of Wrexham’s first match with Leicester City in 43 years, Ryan Reynolds detailed a story about Channing Tatum partying with the Wrexham players.
The co-owner of the club was on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his new film about John Candy, and this story arose from the conversation.
Tatum had been over at the Red Dragons to film a Super Bowl commercial for Stok and decided to go out with a few of the players, which led to him apologising to the Deadpool star.
He said: “He [Tatum] was like, ‘I’m going to take some of the boys out.
“Then they go out, and then it is just radio silence. I’m going to read; this is a real text I get from him at 4:30 in the morning or so.
“‘I might have had too much fun with the boys.’ And then a long pause, ‘I’m sorry.’
“’We definitely got way more loose than I was ever planning to; it happened, and I’m sorry. It’s definitely going to be on the internet.’
“He turned everybody into Magic Mike.”

Ryan Reynolds details the celebrity requests he gets for Wrexham matches
Both Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds have brought Hollywood stars to the Racecourse Ground since assuming control of the club as owners, with the Always Sunny cast making an appearance while Hugh Jackman has joined on occasion.
Now, the Marvel star has given an insight as to how so many stars appear at Wrexham, as Jimmy Kimmel asked him if he was getting asked a lot for tickets.
He said: “Yeah, I’ve had some; well, every week, you know, there is like a list.”

Kimmel said: “Also, as they were saying backstage, they were like, ‘Ryan, you give your phone number to everyone.
Reynolds responded: “I do; it’s a problem.
“I get a lot of that stuff. You know we’ve had friends that I work with too. Will Ferrell came out there.
“He loved it because he just slides right in where, like, the massage therapist is working on one of the players, and Will just brings the hands right in, and the guy sort of like looks up, and he’s like, just absolutely loses his mind.”
