Wrexham are still searching for their first win in the Championship under Phil Parkinson.
The Red Dragons began the season by losing 2-1 to Southampton at St Mary’s.
This weekend saw Wrexham face West Brom at the Racecourse Ground under the watchful eyes of Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac.
The Baggies took a 1-0 lead before Lewis O’Brien scored his first goal for the Dragons shortly before half-time to make it 1-1.
However, some poor goalkeeping from Danny Ward and a lack of defensive quality allowed West Brom to beat Wrexham 3-2 when all was said and done.

Last time Wrexham lost three games in a row
The next Championship fixture on the cards for the Welsh club is Sheffield Wednesday.
The Owls will travel to the Racecourse Ground on August 23, looking to pile on Wrexham’s misery.
Should Henrik Pedersen’s men come out on top in that meeting, it will be the first time in over a year that Phil Parkinson’s team will have lost three league games in a row.
Though they had a rough patch in the winter of 2025, Wrexham did not lose more than one league fixture on the bounce.
In 2023/24, however, the North American-backed side did have a poor spell in the second half of that campaign.
They lost 1-0 to Newport County on January 20, 2024, before then suffering 3-1 and 1-0 defeats at the hands of Salford City and Bradford City.

Wrexham must beat Sheffield Wednesday
Wrexham have had a tricky start to the 2025/26 Championship season.
Southampton have a quality squad full of players that can play in the Premier League.
West Brom, though they failed to make the top six in the second tier last term, are expected to be among the play-off contenders this time around.
But Sheffield Wednesday will be far and away the easiest test for Wrexham so far this season.
The Owls have been hampered by financial issues and have lost several of their best players, including the likes of Michael Smith and Josh Windass.
