Wrexham striker Paul Mullin was serenaded at the STōK Cae Ras on Saturday evening with a potential departure looming.
Wrexham take on Lincoln City this Saturday as the curtain comes down on the League One season.
Phil Parkinson has already secured promotion, with Wrexham beating Charlton Athletic 3-0 last weekend.
Wrexham fans are already looking ahead, though Parkinson is parking plans for next season until after the Lincoln clash.
One summer move may be to say goodbye to Paul Mullin, who found himself frozen out of the Wrexham squad after the January transfer deadline.
Wrexham fans almost drowned out Parkinson after Saturday’s win, serenading Mullin for potentially the final time at the STōK Cae Ras.

Paul Mullin set for FC 25 Team of the Season
Mullin has gone from being Wrexham’s main man in front of goal to not even making the bench.
We completely understand that this is just a rather unwanted by-product of Wrexham’s success and we are bound to see difficult departures during this journey.
Mullin’s expected exit really stings, though, and seeing him celebrate last week’s promotion was a particularly touching moment.
Mullin hasn’t featured for Wrexham since February and hasn’t played in League One since January.
The 30-year-old would admit that this hasn’t been his best season, scoring just three goals in 26 League One appearances – and only nine of those appearances came as a starter.
Mullin is still set to be included in the FC 25 Team of the Season for the EFL, sparking some bemused reactions from rival fans.
Two Wrexham players made the official League One Team of the Season with Max Cleworth and Ryan Barnett included.
Mullin was nowhere to be seen there, and understandably so having been on the fringes at Wrexham.
EA have other ideas, though, and Mullin will be part of the FC 25 Team of the Season for the EFL, joining Leeds United stars Ao Tanaka and Daniel James, as reported by FC 25 insider ASY FUT Trader.
Why Mullin is being included in FC 25 Team of the Season
The confusion is understandable, but there is a simple explanation.
As seen in the screenshot above, Mullin’s Team of the Season card will be purple rather than blue.
That means Mullin will be a Team of the Season ‘Highlights’ card, rather than a usual Team of the Season cards.
These ‘Highlights’ cards can be given out for one brilliant moment over the course of the season.
EA have explained that perfectly by giving such cards to Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly, Brighton and Hove Albion’s Kaoru Mitoma and Everton’s James Tarkowski for particularly important or brilliant goals.
Mullin’s stunning volley against Blackpool is likely to have been the clincher, here, with EA recognising his exceptional strike.
EA are no doubt tapping into Mullin’s name value and the Wrexham buzz here, having given a number of card to Mullin over the years.
Mullin received a special FC 25 card in February, which was given to commemorate his exceptional rise at Wrexham.
Wrexham fans will now have the chance to pick up a new and upgraded Mullin card, which is likely to be his last as a Wrexham player.
