Wrexham fell to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Sydney FC on Tuesday, and a lot of fans are concerned.
Wrexham took the lead in the tie when James McClean saw his ball into the Sydney box deflected in by one of the home team’s players.
The Red Dragons were pegged back right before the break, before a poor attempted save from Callum Burton saw the Welsh club 2-1 down.
A few Wrexham players were decent against Sydney, but for the most part, it was an underwhelming display against what was largely a second-string eleven.
Fans of the Championship club have now reacted to the defeat and their message is very clear.

Wrexham fans message to Phil Parkinson after Sydney
At present, Wrexham have made two signings in the 2025 summer transfer window.
However, Danny Ward is only thought to have been brought into the side as a back-up goalkeeper.
Now, after watching the loss on July 15, Wrexham fans have made it clear they want more transfers to be completed.
One fan wrote: “Some new faces needed or it’s going to be a long old season in the Championship with this set of players.”
A second added: “Announce Lewis O’Brien and Owen Beck.”
“Sign some —— players,” a third supporter demanded.
A fourth claimed: “Need some big signings that squad is not Championship class, and what’s the point of playing Ollie, couldn’t cut it in League One.”
Another fan tweeted: “Get some signings through the door and make it quick lads. Hopefully that performance speeds things up a bit.”

Latest Wrexham transfer rumours
It’s become clear that now they are competing at a higher level, the club are facing much tougher competition for their transfer targets.
Reports this week have claimed that Wrexham are interested in signing defender John Egan from Hull City.
Long-time target Tom Cairney is staying at Fulham, while another transfer won’t be happening as Danny Ings is set to sign for Middlesbrough.
Elsewhere, links to Michael Smith, who Phil Parkinson has been trying to sign for the last year, have emerged once again on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Owen Beck is wanted by the Red Dragons, with Liverpool expected to let him leave on loan.
