Wrexham have made an announcement on May 15 that has left supporters very pleased with the club.
Wrexham secured promotion to the Championship on April 26 with a 3-0 win over Charlton Athletic.
The club made history in doing so, becoming the first team ever to win three promotions in a row when starting in the National League or higher.
Wrexham will now compete in the second tier of English football for the first time since the 1980s.
The 2025/26 Championship season will begin the weekend of August 8 and the club have made an announcement concerning the forthcoming campaign.

Wrexham fans pleased with 2025/26 season ticket prices
Wrexham have, on Thursday, confirmed their new ticket prices for the 2025/26 season.
Despite moving up a division, though, there have only been small increases in each section of the stadium.
Supporters have since taken to social media to react to the news and praise Wrexham for the decision.
One fan wrote: “£19 per game is crazy value for money in the Championship with the likes of Swansea, Millwall, West Brom, Stoke, Derby, Stockport………..”
A second replied: “This is excellent value. I’ll raise the jump between U18-21 as I think this is too big, but on the whole, Championship footy for £430. Go on then. Some L2 clubs will be charging these amounts.”
“No complaints from me. Playing in one of the top six leagues in the world and paying £400 for a season ticket. Great value and fair. But fully expect when the new Kop is completed to be paying a higher price again,” another speculated.
A fourth commented: “Really well done @Wrexham_AFC , there won’t be many clubs in the Championship (need to get used to using that word!) who will match or better these prices. Great way of recognising and rewarding the support from the fans.”
Another Wrexham fan wrote: “That’s amazing value, Championship football for less than £20 a game. My 15-year-old son paying £7 and my 13-year-old son paying £2 a game. Well done @Wrexham_AFC
A sixth added: “$22 per ticket? This is insanely cheap compared to US sports,” while a seventh simply replied: “Lovely stuff.”
Wrexham confirm plans for safe standing at Racecourse Ground
While making the announcement, Wrexham’s statement also confirmed plans for safe standing to be installed.
The club wrote: “As we look to improve the facilities within the SToK Cae Ras, over the course of the next season we will be gradually installing rail-seating in the Upper Tier of the SToK Cold Brew Coffee Stand. This will allow the safe standing of supporters in those areas. The first installations will start at the rear of the stand and gradually work their way towards the front across the course of the season during international breaks and other available opportunities.
“Working from the rear to the front, across the width of the stand, will mean there are no risk of restricted sightlines for any supporters as the project is completed. Work will not commence on the project during the summer months so no seats will be affected before the first home match, and will be installed in the Upper Tier only, so the Lower Tier will not be affected where permanent seating will still be applicable.”
