Wrexham have surprised season ticket holders with a ‘classy’ gesture as they continue to show their support in the Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac era.

The challenge of the Championship awaits Wrexham this season, who, under Phil Parkinson, will be hoping to consolidate their place in the second tier at a very minimum.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have backed Parkinson in the summer transfer window so far, with several players coming through the doors at the Racecourse Ground, particularly those with vast Championship experience.

Josh Windass has joined Wrexham, alongside former Premier League ace Lewis O’Brien – as well as a catalogue of other new signings.

Overall, there is a real feel-good atmosphere around the club as they prepare for the 2025/26 Championship season, and that has been improved even further by Reynolds and Mac’s latest touch for season ticket holders.

Wrexham provide a ‘classy’ gesture for new season ticket holders

As the 2025/26 campaign looms, season ticket holders have begun to receive their passes to the Racecourse Ground.

Previously, Wrexham have provided very few thrills when it came to sending out the season tickets, but they have gone the extra mile this year by issuing a smart wallet and key chain alongside the pass.

Wrexham fans took to the kind gesture positively, which has been labelled as ‘an upgrade over the stickers of previous years’.

One other supporter regarded the gesture as ‘classy’, whilst another labelled it as ‘pinky’s up fancy’.

Another fan took to social media and said: “Oooh, very jealous. That could become a collector’s item in a number of years, so keep it safe! It may help you pay for something big, one day.”

Wrexham deserve praise for recent gesture

Since Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac took over the club, the support for Wrexham has grown worldwide, with there being Red Dragons supporters across the globe.

The Wrexham owners could have easily isolated the pre-takeover supporters who were there for the club during the dark times, but they have still been given priority regarding all sorts with the club.

This latest addition of the smart wallet is yet another example of the core fanbase being cherished, something that easily could have been disregarded with the takeover, but was instead cherished as a priority for both Reynolds and Mac.
