Wrexham are expected to have an active summer transfer window with plenty of names already linked.
The Red Dragons have been told they need six to nine signings after winning promotion to the Championship for the first time.
Wrexham have around £40m available to spend without having to worry about issues with PSR.
Phil Parkinson has held talks with players already, while, after already releasing a number of stars such as Steven Fletcher and Mark Howard, more exits are expected this summer.
Paul Mullin has been linked with Wigan Athletic, along with the soon-to-be out-of-contract Sam Dalby.
Now, an insight into the club’s budget for the summer window has been provided.

Wrexham chief on 2025 summer transfer budget
Les Reed came on board at Wrexham three years ago after having previous success with Southampton, who reached the Premier League from League One.
Reed now acts as a board advisor in Wales, and the transfer consultant has been discussing the ongoing transfer window and the club’s budget.
When doing so, he was quick to refute claims that Wrexham’s budget is ‘unlimited’, but because of the profile of Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, they are in a good spot due to the high revenue they help bring to the club.
He told The I Paper: “We will have a decent budget. Everyone externally thinks we’ve got an unlimited budget because of our owners, but that’s not true. We’ll have a good budget simply because we’ve got very good revenues.
“That’s the benefit of the owners. It’s not their deep pockets, it’s their ability to generate higher revenues, which enables us to spend within the regulations and [offer] decent salaries.”

Wrexham transfer targets
With a good budget in place, the Dragons have already set their sights on a number of players this summer.
We reported exclusively that Blackburn Rovers’ Lewis Travis is on Wrexham’s wish list, and the club’s interest has since been mooted elsewhere.
Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Tommy Doyle has been linked, but the likes of Sheffield United and Sunderland are also in for him.
Ben Davies has commented on his future as well recently, after Wrexham showed an interest in the versatile defender.
