Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds is one of the biggest Hollywood stars on the planet but he often takes time for his fans too.
Wrexham’s story continues to capture minds and hearts across the globe.
Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds paid £2million to purchase Wrexham in 2021 and have turned the club into a powerhouse.
Wrexham have clinched back-to-back promotions on the pitch and Reynolds even wants another promotion this season.
The Premier League is just two promotions away with Wrexham making rapid progress from the National League to League One.
Off the pitch, Welcome to Wrexham continues to create Wrexham fans all over the world with supporters buying into the Wrexham project.

Ryan Reynolds praised for heartwarming gesture
Part of the season for so many people buying into Wrexham’s story is the popularity of McElhenney and especially Reynolds.
The ‘Deadpool’ star likes to make dreams come true for his fans and that was the case in recent days.
As noted by BBC News, nine-year-old Riley from Hartlepool had a wish to meet Reynolds.
Riley was sadly diagnosed with osteosarcoma in 2023 and had his lower leg amputated as a result.
Reynolds noticed an appeal for Riley to meet him online and set up a video call with him and his family.
Reynolds was joined by wife and ‘Gossip Girl’ star Blake Lively, offering Riley a personal visit to Wrexham too.
This heartwarming gesture was praised by Riley’s mother Sarah, who offered kind words to both Reynolds and Lively.
“It was incredible that they took so much time out of their busy day to make one little boy feel special,” said Sarah.
Reynolds known for his gestures
Reynolds has regularly tried to use his profile for good and has donated money to worthwhile causes in recent times.
Teaming up with McElhenney, Reynolds helped donate £15,000 to Mansfield Town fan John Bell as he walked 140 miles to raise awareness around suicide.
Reynolds also donated £1,000 to former Wrexham star Martyn Chalk earlier this year, aiding his recovery after an accident in Thailand.
McElhenney and Reynolds also donated £10,000 to the family of four-year-old Wrexham fan Louis as his family adapted their home to aid his rare condition TUBA1A.
Whether it’s time or money, Reynolds is willing to help those who need it – and Wrexham fans will certainly love him for that.
