Phil Parkinson has taken Wrexham to new heights under his management and details of his contract with the club have already been revealed.
Prior to Phil Parkinson taking charge, Wrexham were languishing in the National League under Dean Keates.
Keates lasted less than six months following Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds taking over, however, and was relieved of his duties at the end of the 2020/21 season after missing out on a play-off place.
In a major coup, Wrexham then snapped up Parkinson ahead of the 2021/22 campaign getting underway.
The Welsh side made it into the top-six that term but were bested by Grimsby Town in the play-offs.
However, Parkinson then won the National League with Wrexham the following season before finishing second in League Two last year.
Now fighting for promotion in League One, Wrexham fans are unlikely to want to see the former Bolton Wanderers man depart anytime soon.

Shaun Harvey explained Phil Parkinson Wrexham contract
Wrexham could make history in 2024/25 by securing a third-straight promotion.
They are currently four points off second place but a spot in the Championship, whether that be via a top-two finish or the play-offs, is certainly in reach.
Despite having so much success at the Racecourse Ground, however, the 57-year-old is still on a pretty strange deal.
Shaun Harvey explained Parkinson’s Wrexham contract in October 2024, confirming the manager is actually still on the same rolling contract he signed when first appointed.
Harvey said: “Phil’s contracted approach hasn’t changed since the day he arrived.
“We made a commitment to Phil to get him to come to the club and that commitment still remains in place today. He’s on a rolling contract and that continues until either party decides it is not going to.
“And for anybody who has got any concerns about it, we can only point towards the success we have had so far.”

Ryan Reynolds on Wrexham Premier League goal
That does, of course, mean that Parkinson could easily depart the club in the summer if he was so inclined.
In reality, that seems very unlikely to happen no matter what transpires in the remainder of the League One campaign.
But if Wrexham don’t get promoted from the third tier this season or the next, the club’s hierarchy may decide to switch things up.
Reynolds spoke to the Men In Blazers podcast earlier this year and expressed his desire to see his team in the Premier League.
He said: “Ten years from now, we would be morons to not want to see this club in the Premier League. But also be unique in that everything about the place has stayed true to what it originally was. That’s the perfect scenario.”
Whether Parkinson is the man to take them there remains to be seen but so far, he’s doing a fantastic job.
