Wrexham are well underway in the summer transfer window, with two signings already through the door at the Racecourse.

It will be Wrexham’s first League One campaign in almost 20 years with manager Phil Parkinson keen to add further quality signings to his squad.

The fanbase has already seen two new faces arrive this summer with Arthur Okonkwo returning to the club, and Wrexham snapping up Leicester City defender Lewis Brunt.

Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will be providing strong support in the market once again. The North Wales club are still active in the market with fans eager to see who could arrive in North Wales.

Wrexham target Joe Morrell available on free transfer

Parkinson seems keen to add to his midfield options this summer. It was previously reported that Wrexham were plotting an ambitous move for former Luton Town midfielder Joe Morrell.

The latest on Morrell is that he is now officially a free agent. The Welsh international confirmed his Porstmouth exit on X revealing he would not be extending his contract.

With the Welsh midfielder available as a free transfer, this move is one to keep an eye on in the coming weeks.

Wrexham to miss out on Marc Leonard

Marc Leonard was reportedly a key target this summer after impressive performances at Northampton Town in the past two seasons.

Wrexham were interested in adding their name to the growing list of potential suitors for the Premier League talent. However, the Brighton Hove Albion midfielder is set to join promotion rivals Birmingham City in a £450,000 move.

The Welsh club would have had to break their transfer record for Leonard with Ollie Palmer’s transfer fee of £300,000 remaining intact.

Wrexham keen on Tom Bradshaw at Millwall

The Wrexham boss has been keen to add quality all over the pitch with Millwall striker Tom Bradshaw emerging as a key target.

According to reports, Wrexham are interested in bringing the Welsh international to the Racecourse.

The Championship striker has made 198 appearances for Millwall scoring 44 goals. If Bradshaw arrives at the Racecourse he will provide strong competition for the likes of Paul Mullin, Ollie Palmer, and veteran Steven Fletcher.

Ryan Longman emerges as a potential Wrexham target

The Red Dragons are reportedly interested in a former Millwall player in Hull City’s Ryan Longman.

Wrexham are interested in signing Longman, who is expected to leave Hull this summer after entering the final year on his contract.

Parkinson’s side are expected to have competition for the Championship wideman with Millwall looking to secure his return after his impressive loan spell last season.

Birmingham City are also said to be interested in competing for the 23-year-old.
