Wrexham welcomed Derby County to the Racecourse Ground for a Championship meeting on Saturday.
Wrexham kicked off the day aiming for a first home win of the season in the second tier following their 43-year hiatus.
The Red Dragons have found their feet in the last week after a slow start to the campaign, beating Norwich City and Reading.
Another tough test awaited them on Saturday, though, with the Rams expected to cause problems for what has been a leaky backline in the Championship.

Wrexham team selection dilemmas vs Derby County
Ahead of the fixture, Wrexham released their matchday squad an hour and 15 minutes prior to kick-off.
Phil Parkinson had a few tough calls to make with his team selection, especially after the 2-0 Reading win.
Lewis Brunt impressed and perhaps may have done enough to regain his starting berth.
Brunt fell out of favour following the addition of Callum Boyle, but after good performances off the bench against Norwich and from the off on Tuesday, it would not have been surprising to see him given the nod on September 27.
Elsewhere, Nathan Broadhead was excellent for Wrexham in the second half of their recent Carabao Cup win.
Josh Windass and Lewis O’Brien were ahead of the record signing against Norwich, though, and both played well.

Phil Parkinson gives Wrexham fans what they wanted with Lewis Brunt decision
After Reading, there were many Wrexham fans calling for Brunt to start moving forward.
When the team news came out on Saturday afternoon, Parkinson decided that the centre-back had indeed done enough to earn a start.
Doyle was dropped, with a back-three of Brunt, Max Cleworth and Dom Hyam kicking off the clash.
Broadhead remained on the bench despite playing well earlier in the week.
