Wrexham were dealt a defeat in the return of Championship football on Saturday, losing against promotion hopefuls Stoke City away from home.
Wrexham are now winless in their last four Championship games after defeat against Stoke City on Saturday, and top scorer Kieffer Moore is now without a goal in his last five appearances.
Moore joined Wrexham in a £2million move from Sheffield United in the summer and started to life in North Wales in blistering form.
He scored four in his opening five league games of the season but hasn’t scored in any of his last five for Phil Parkinson’s side now.

Kieffer Moore’s stats for Wrexham against Stoke City
The 33-year-old Moore managed just one shot on target during the whole game for Wrexham, as well as one shot off target, with the Dragons managing 12 shots in total.
Despite a tough afternoon, Moore saw plenty of the ball with 38 touches, and 14 completed passes with a poor pass completion rate of only 58%.
But the Welsh international was battling as he always is, with 14 duels attempted (most of any player), and four aerial duels won too (most of any player).

Wrexham’s Kieffer Moore plan revealed
Moore is clearly someone who fits Parkinson’s style of play. His direct and physical nature suits Parkinson’s likewise Wrexham philosophy, but Moore lacks any competition and cover.
Since selling Ollie Palmer, the Dragons really don’t have another target man who can come in to give Moore a rest, and who can provide that competition to keep him firing.
But recent reports have revealed how Wrexham plan to sign a target man in January. It might yet come as a worry for Moore whose form has dipped, but it’ll be overall better for the team to have that added depth up top.
Wrexham return to Championship action against Oxford United on Wednesday.
