Wrexham want to sign a player in the summer transfer window that fans think has one big problem.
With promotion to the Championship confirmed, the Dragons have set about making plans for the summer transfer window.
Wrexham are in talks with Premier League clubs as Phil Parkinson looks to add some loan players to his team.
Meanwhile, the free agent market is being heavily explored by the Welsh outfit ahead of next month.
Aaron Cresswell will be available for nothing after it was confirmed he would leave West Ham United.
Meanwhile, Wrexham have been linked to Tom Lawrence for some time, and it was announced this month that the midfielder is leaving Rangers for free.

Rangers fans point out problem with Wrexham target Tom Lawrence
On paper, it seems like Lawrence would be a good signing for Wrexham, given they are very light in the number 10 department right now.
The midfielder has much experience in Europe and helped the Gers qualify for the Champions League in the most recent campaign.
However, when Rangers announced Lawrence’s exit on social media, many of the club’s fans were quick to highlight his poor injury record.
One fan wrote: “Gutted he suffered with injuries Could of been a key player, but like a lot of our signings seemed to be made of chocolate.”
A second replied: “Condolences to the medical staff. All the best, Tom.”
A third Rangers fan stated: “Shame about his injuries, top player when fit.”
“First couple months I thought ‘Oh we’ve got a player here!’ Injury —— him though,” a fourth wrote.
Another added: “Thanks Tom, not your fault you kept getting injury problems. I wish you the best for the future.”
While a sixth supporter tweeted: “Started great the first few games then constantly injured, anytime he got a run of games was on the hospital bed.”
And a seventh replied: “Gave us some great moments, but injuries killed his career with us. On his day playable and his striking of the ball is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you for your service, Tom. All the best in the future.”

Tom Lawrence injury record with Rangers
Lawrence signed for Rangers from Derby County back in 2022.
He scored 12 goals and assisted seven in 69 appearances in all competitions, but as fans have pointed out, injury hampered his stint in Scotland.
The Wrexham native was injured for 306 days and missed 56 matches in 2022/23 with an Achilles tendon problem.
In December 2023, he was out with a muscle issue for 26 days, keeping him out of seven fixtures.
Meanwhile, 2024/25 saw the Wrexham target miss 12 games over 43 days with a knock.
