Wrexham have a huge nine games that will decide their fate in the League One promotion race.
Wycombe’s 3-2 victory at Rotherham has meant that Wrexham are now in third place in League One, level on points with the Chairboys and both teams have nine fixtures remaining.
Phil Parkinson has spoken out on Paul Mullin and Ollie Palmer and has reiterated that he will need every player in the Wrexham squad to contribute from now until the end of the season.
Andy Cannon’s long term injury has left the Red Dragons a little light in midfield and with four more Wrexham stars carrying knocks, Parkinson will be eager for his side to carry on with one impressive record this season.

Wrexham’s exemplary disciplinary record this season
Last season in League Two, Parkinson constantly had selection issues due to his side’s poor disciplinary record, they picked up six red cards in total across the campaign.
Captain James McClean also racked up an incredible 14 yellow cards and was closely followed by Elliot Lee on 10, both players missed matches due to suspensions.
However, discipline has improved dramatically this season and Wrexham are one of only 12 teams out of the 92 English Football League clubs that are yet to receive a red card.
It will be a huge sigh of relief for the Red Dragons manager, his selection worries from week to week due to suspension has eased and it has meant Wrexham have been able to stick to their game plans more often.
Receiving a red card last season often brought about a change of style and shape within the match for Parkinson’s team and they may not have got away with grinding out results in the same way in this division.
Wrexham in good shape following yellow card threshold increase
McClean currently leads the way again this season in terms of yellow cards but has improved from last campaign having only accumulated nine so far.
Parkinson will be relieved that the threshold for suspension with the total number of yellow cards has increased for the final time this season from 10 to 15.
None of the Wrexham squad are anywhere near the 15 yellow cards mark throughout the season and so only a straight red card would have any impact on Parkinson’s selection during the run in.
Unfortunately for the Red Dragons, promotion rivals Wycombe Wanderers are also in the same luxurious position with defender Joseph Low their most cautioned player but only stands on seven.
