Wrexham continue to thrive under Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds but the Hollywood duo are looking for even more success.
The buzz around Wrexham is impossible to ignore right now.
Wrexham beat Burton Albion 3-0 on Saturday afternoon to take a huge step towards a third straight promotion.
Wycombe Wanderers were beaten at Reading, meaning Wrexham now sit six points clear in second place.
Tuesday will be huge; Wycombe’s game in hand at Huddersfield Town takes place, and anything less than a win will give Wrexham fans another huge boost.
Wrexham are thriving on the pitch, and reports now suggest that Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds are looking to spark even more success off the pitch.

Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds seeking Wrexham investment
Wrexham posted a record-high turnover of £26.75million for the 2023-24 season, with even more likely to be coming for this season.
Wrexham’s sponsorship money is truly incredible and will be leaving some Championship clubs green with envy.
If we know anything about Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, though, it’s that they will not rest on their laurels.
The Hollywood duo will be looking for the next idea, the next master plan to help take Wrexham forward.
The Allyn family invested in Wrexham earlier this season, with Kaleen Allyn joining the Board of Directors at the STōK Cae Ras.
More investment could be coming in the near future as The Times report that McElhenney and Reynolds are ‘seeking new backing’.
It’s suggested that McElhenney and Reynolds have ‘opened the door’ to potential partners who would be willing to invest for a stake in the club.
That process is likely to take some time, but potential investors now seemingly have a chance to join the Wrexham journey.
McElhenney and Reynolds no doubt aware of Championship challenges
This maybe shouldn’t be a huge surprise; Wrexham made a £2.7million loss for the 2023-24 season, albeit down from £5.1million in the 2022-23 campaign.
McElhenney and Reynolds are no doubt aware that the money flying around in the Championship is on another planet to League One.
Wrexham could be a Championship club next season, and whilst the Allyn family investment helps, more backing may now be required.
We can, though, feel confident that McElhenney and Reynolds will only bring the right people on board.
Wrexham’s rise has no doubt captured the attention of many interested investors, but McElhenney and Reynolds were careful in selecting the Allyn family.
Phil Parkinson suggested the Allyn family are a ‘fantastic fit’ for Wrexham, and we can expect the same care and attention if McElhenney and Reynolds receive firm interest from more investors moving forward.
We also don’t think there is anything to worry about in terms of fearing that McElhenney and Reynolds could sell up entirely and move on.
Reynolds reaffirmed his commitment to Wrexham in December, noting that the Allyn family were brought on board to help deal with how rapidly the club is growing rather than to begin his departure.
Reynolds was in Wrexham over the weekend, and McElhenney seems as committed as ever, so their Wrexham journey is unlikely to end any time soon.
