Wrexham are set to face off with Rotherham United in a League One meeting on Saturday afternoon.
Phil Parkinson takes his Red Dragons to the New York Stadium from a 3pm BST kick-off, aiming to end a poor run of form on the road.
Wrexham have an excellent home record in 2024/25 and are one of just three sides across all of the EFL to have won all of their home fixtures so far this term.
While very strong at the Racecourse Ground, however, the Welsh outfit have already drawn two and lost two away from home in League One this season.
That poor run of form will hopefully come to an end on Saturday when Wrexham face Rotherham United but if it does not, the former’s promotion hopes could take a big hit.
Wrexham are already two points off top spot having played a game more than Birmingham City but they should be confident ahead of facing Steve Evans’ side.

Rotherham United boss Steve Evans on Wrexham owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds
Saturday’s game could be the first time Ollie Rathbone faces off against his old club following his £500,000 summer switch to Wrexham.
Earlier this week, Evans commented on Rathbone’s move to Wrexham and is looking forward to linking back up with the midfielder.
Now, the Rotherham boss has shared his thoughts on Wrexham owners Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, giving a glowing verdict on the Hollywood duo.
He said: “I think it’s a fantastic story. The town of Wrexham must be almost touching wood every day to hope that it continues.
“I think they’ve been fantastic. Good choice of an experienced manager and team led by Phil.
“Shaun Harvey bringing him in as CEO. So everything they seem to have done decision-wise is a credit to them because whoever has advised them has advised them really well.
“So I think it’s a wonderful story and they’ll bring a full attendance to the New York tomorrow, giving us a full house and fantastic atmosphere. So we’re trying stop there juggernaut, is what I’d call it.
“I don’t believe it’s just those two guys I think there are many people probably involved behind the scenes with those guys but they’re the front because they are A-list world-wide stars.
“From speaking to people, I know several people at Wrexham, they’re good guys. They’re good guys that want to help.
“I know lots of people are saying in the community that they are nothing short of fantastic.”
What other managers have said about Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney
Evans is not the first League One manager to comment on the American actors this season.
Back in August, Bolton Wanderer’s manager aimed a dig at Reynolds and McElhenney, hinting they are spending a lot of money.
Those claims have since proven somewhat strange as Wrexham did not spend more than £5900,000 on one player this summer (Modou Faal), while Birmingham smashed the League One transfer record to sign Jay Stansfield for around £20m.
Elsewhere, Leyton Orient’s manager was positive in his verdict on Wrexham owners McElhenney and Reynolds, dubbing them ‘really good people’.
