Fans may opt to play career mode to lead Wrexham to domestic and European glory while creating their dream side in the jersey of the Red Dragons.
Others may wish to use the team in online game modes to see how they fare with the players against other players from around the world.
However, Wrexham fans will be desperate to know the ratings of the squad as they continue to rise up the leagues of the English pyramid.
The Wrexham Insider brings you the five best players in Phil Parkinson’s side according to FC26, after EA Sports released all the ratings of the Red Dragons.
Honourable Mentions
Wrexham have five players ranked at 72 overall, which means that three have missed out on being included in the top five on this list.
Every player on the list is a new summer signing, from the 13 additions Phil Parkinson made to the squad this summer.
Among the three honourable mentions on this list is Conor Coady, who has been added to Wrexham’s defensive ranks this summer.
Josh Windass, who has made a return from injury, was added to the Wrexham side to strengthen their attack.
The final player on this mini-list is Lewis O’Brien, who was brought in to add quality to the midfield, which he has demonstrated so far in his handful of appearances for Wrexham.

Kieffer Moore – 72
One of two players in the top five with a rating of 72, with the Wales international proving his value to Wrexham, as he has netted on four occasions this season.
Kieffer Moore joined Wrexham from Sheffield United this summer and has been an important piece in the Red Dragons side.
While he is not viewed by FC26 as the most important player in the Wrexham squad by his rating, he has demonstrated throughout the campaign that he has been.
Liberato Cacace – 72
The New Zealand international has been ruled out for a period of time by Phil Parkinson after getting an injury against Millwall, something the Wrexham manager described as a ‘real blow’.
Liberato Cacace has struggled this season with injuries, and Parkinson is hoping he can return soon to show his quality.
The full-back impressed in Italy last season, which will have earned him the impressive rating in the Wrexham squad.
Nathan Broadhead – 73
Nathan Broadhead is one of two players that has been given the rating of 73 by EA Sports, with the former Ipswich Town player being seen as the best attacker in the squad.
Broadhead impressed two seasons ago in the Tractor Boys’ promotion campaign from the Championship; however, he did struggle to have the same impact in the Premier League.
This may explain the slight decline in his rating, but it is still one of the best in the Championship and Wrexham squad.
Issa Kabore – 73
The Manchester City loanee is the defender that is rated the highest in the Wrexham squad for FC26.
Issa Kabore has yet to make an appearance for Wrexham, and fans will be waiting patiently to see their summer loan signing wear the red of the club.
He impressed previously for Luton Town and is viewed as a steady option at the back, explaining his high rating.
However, with fans seeing him viewed as their second-best player, they may start to grow impatient to see him make an appearance for Wrexham.
Ben Sheaf – 74
Wrexham’s best player, according to FC26, is the summer signing from Coventry City, Ben Sheaf.
He has been given a rating of 74, which is only one less than the lowest rating of the top 10 players in the Championship.
Sheaf has made only one appearance for Wrexham since joining the club; however, this is due to needing to get up to match fitness.
The midfielder is excited to begin his career at the club, and fans may now get a newfound admiration for the individual in the knowledge that EA Sports believes he is the best player at Wrexham.
