The first international break of the season is almost upon us with Wrexham playing Millwall before the break.
This season so far has been rather mixed for Wrexham. Phil Parkinson’s side are winless in the league after three games with just one point after Wrexham drew 2-2 at Sheffield Wednesday last time out.
But in the Carabao Cup, Wrexham are enjoying success. In both games, the Dragons have come from behind to win against Championship opponents in Hull City and last time out, Preston.
Kieffer Moore scored a late winner as Wrexham beat Preston 3-2 in the Carabao Cup, booking themselves a third round game against Reading in September.
The international break then could come at a good time for Wrexham and for Parkinson who will want to get his new players gelling on the training ground.

Wrexham players earn Wales call up, including Kieffer Moore
Parkinson, though, will have to do without three of his players during the international break. On Thursday, Wales announced that three Wrexham players have been called up in Moore, Danny Ward and club record signing Nathan Broadhead.
All three players joined the club this summer and all three have starred in the Championship so far this season; in particular Moore who has so far scored three goals in four appearances for the Dragons. And Wrexham having three players in the Welsh national side means that the club have broken a 17-year wait to have a player back in the national team.

Who was the last Wrexham player to earn a call up for Wales?
Wrexham have had several big names in the past who have either played for Wales whilst playing for Wrexham or who have played for Wales having previously represented Wrexham earlier in their career.
Among those names are late Wrexham legend Joey Jones, and club legend Arfon Griffiths. But the last Wrexham player to play for Wales whilst playing his club football at the Racecourse was Steve Evans.
The centre-back earned seven caps for Wales between 2006 and 2008 playing for his country whilst being a non-league player with Wrexham.
Now though, the likes of Ward, Broadhead, and Moore are all experienced on the international stage with Wales and bring a huge degree of experience to Wrexham and a degree of pride to being players for the national side.
Wales play Kazakhstan in a World Cup qualifier and Canada in a friendly match during the September international break.
