Wrexham return to League One action on Saturday afternoon with a meeting against Charlton Athletic.
Wrexham are looking to cap off a fairly positive seven days when they travel to The Valley for a meeting with Charlton Athletic on October 26th.
After seeing off Rotherham United by one goal to nil at the New York Stadium last weekend, Phil Parkinson and his players welcomed Huddersfield Town to the Racecourse Ground for a League One fixture on Tuesday.
Wrexham drew 0-0 with Huddersfield Town and have slipped even further behind Birmingham City in the title race but Parkinson was happy with Wrexham’s results from their last two meetings.
They now face another big test on Saturday against Charlton, who sit 11th in the division but just a single point away from the play-off places.
George Dobson will return to The Valley for the first time since his summer move to the Racecourse, aiming to get on over on his former side.

Phil Parkinson has George Dobson and Andy Cannon worry vs Charlton Athletic
However, the Wrexham manager will be concerned about Dobson and his central midfield partner Andy Cannon ahead of the tie.
The Welsh outfit’s squad has already been depleted in the last seven days with Jack Marriot out for four months and Parkinson confirming Steven Fletcher is injured as well.
Now, both Dobson and Cannon could be set to miss the following Wrexham fixture after Charlton.
The pair have already accumulated four yellow cards each in the league this season and another booking on Saturday will see them suspended for the meeting with Mansfield Town on November 9th.
Dobson and Cannon have started the majority of Wrexham’s games this term and having two of his key midfielders missing for a clash that could have promotion implications come May would be a massive blow.
James McClean is also close to being suspended, having already earned three yellows in League One in 2024/25 so far.

How Phil Parkinson can replace George Dobson and Andy Cannon at Wrexham
If the worst does happen and both players pick up bookings against Charlton, Parkinson will have some interesting choices to make for the meeting with Mansfield Town.
Summer signing Ollie Rathbone will likely come in to replace one of the duo as he excelled in a box-to-box role for Rotherham last season.
As for the other position, James McClean is a potential option but he did struggle when moved into midfield for the defeat to Stevenage earlier in the campaign.
Outside of McClean and Rathbone, however, there are not too many quality rotation options available, with Parkinson no doubt praying Dobson and Cannon behave themselves at the weekend.
