Wrexham fans have helped the club break a record going into their first season in the Championship.

The Red Dragons’ 2025 pre-season got underway last week with a 3-0 win over Melbourne Victory.

They are now back in action on July 15, taking on Sydney in their second fixture during their visit to Australia.

Ahead of 2025/26 getting underway, Wrexham have now officially revealed both their home and away kits for the new campaign.

Ryan Reynolds reacted to the home top, while fans are in love with the away jersey, which was released this week after being leaked over the weekend.

Now, some interesting information regarding the Welsh outfit’s new home shirt has been shared.

Wrexham set record with new Championship home shirt

Wrexham are eyeing a PSG-style deal with their new training kit sponsor, one finance expert has said.

But the Dragons have also managed to enjoy a lot of financial success with the launch of their new home top.

Wrexham are still partnered with Macron, the longest kit deal in the club’s history, which has been in place long before the takeover from Reynolds and Rob Mac.

But the North American duo’s arrival has led to a major increase in international fans who want to get their hands on the club’s kits.

In turn, Wrexham and Macron launched an international store this month for fans around the world to purchase the new kits.

And American outlet Fashion Network have now shared that their new ‘online store has made a record-breaking debut, averaging one shirt order a minute.’

Macron praise Wrexham partnership

Similar figures are likely expected for the away kit after its release on Monday, and Macron are pleased with the success.

They released an official statement, saying: “Within just a few hours, it was flooded with orders from the club’s global fanbase.

“The success of the new Wrexham AFC global online store highlights Macron’s commitment to supporting its partner clubs not only with high-quality, customised technical sportswear, but also through the development and management of advanced digital solutions that help promote each club’s identity and history both on and off the pitch”.

Wrexham’s 2025/26 third kit is expected to be released in the near future.
