Wrexham striker Paul Mullin has finally scored a goal and been given some minutes this week.
With over 100 goals to his name in the last four years, Paul Mullin is one of the Red Dragons’ all-time greats.
However, it seemed clear in recent weeks that Phil Parkinson no longer viewed the 30-year-old as a regular feature.
Mullin responded to speculation over a bust-up with Parkinson, labelling the rumours as nothing more than ‘nonsense’.
However, the centre-forward had still seen very little game time in the last two months of the campaign.
The Englishman started a 3-2 defeat to Stevenage on January 28, but then went on to miss Wrexham’s following nine League One fixtures completely.
Fans wanted Mullin back playing, and they finally got their wish on the evening of March 25.

Paul Mullin starts and scores for Wrexham vs Mansfield Town
Wrexham were in Central League action on Tuesday evening, taking on Mansfield Town.
When all was said and done, the club came out on top by a staggering four goals to nil.
It was a very strong side put out by the Welsh outfit, with Mullin starting up top alongside Modou Faal.
After missing the previous nine games for Wrexham in the league and, of course, not scoring in that time, the striker finally found the back of the net this week, netting in the 4-0 victory.
Dan Scarr, Ollie Palmer, and Max Purvis were the other goal-scorers during the win over the Stags.
The likes of Callum Burton, George Evans and Wrexham sensation Harry Ashfield also featured in the clash.

Phil Parkinson clearly still wants Paul Mullin
Speculation over Mullin’s future has been rife for some time, which is not surprising given that he went from one of their most important players to not even making the squad.
There have been suggestions the Wrexham striker could leave during the summer transfer window as well.
However, had Parkinson indeed been preparing the forward for an exit later this year, it seems unlikely he would still be letting him start matches for the reserves.
There are plenty of young strikers waiting in the wings at the Racecourse, including in-form forward Rio Owen.
But the fact that Mullin was allowed to get some much-needed minutes under his belt surely means that he will be back in action for Wrexham at some point this season because if Parkinson did not want to use him anymore, starting him in that game would be pretty pointless.
The Red Dragons travel to Exeter City on Saturday, and fans are no doubt hopeful of seeing Mullin make his return, even if it’s only on the bench.
