Wrexham and Birmingham City are set to go into battle once again this coming weekend.
The 2024/25 League One season saw Wrexham and Birmingham City form a rivalry on and off the pitch.
The Blues came out on top in the third tier, clinching the league title with an EFL record 111 points.
Meanwhile, Ryan Reynolds, Rob Mac, and Tom Brady have been quick to aim jibes at one another regarding their teams.
That rivalry will be reignited on Friday, though Brady won’t travel to Wrexham to watch his Birmingham team in action.

Tom Brady comments on Wrexham and Birmingham City were untrue
This will be the third meeting between the North America-backed clubs in the space of just over a year.
The first clash took place at St Andrew’s in 2024 and saw Birmingham come away with a 3-1 victory.
However, Wrexham held their own during the reverse fixture in February, securing a 1-1 draw thanks to a goal from Ollie Rathbone.
But despite the Dragons securing a point against Birmingham earlier this year, Brady claimed in an interview back in May that his team had ‘kicked’ Wrexham’s — multiple times.
He said when speaking to CBS Sports, Brady commented on Wrexham: “You know what, we beat Wrexham. Let’s not talk about Wrexham. But we kicked their — this year, multiple times.”

When did Wrexham last beat Birmingham City
While Birmingham only beat Wrexham once in 2024/25, it’s been some time since the Dragons emerged victorious in this fixture.
The previous meeting between the duo prior to last season was a League Cup tie in 2006, which the Blues won 4-1.
Prior to that, Wrexham and Birmingham clashed in the FA Cup on February 15, 1997.
The Red Dragons emerged with a 3-1 victory on that occasion – the second and last time they beat the now Brady-backed club.
