Wrexham are in the market for another forward but may now face a battle with Championship side Blackburn Rovers over one potential target.
Wrexham ended the Wrex Coast Tour with a thumping win on Sunday morning.
MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps were hammered 4-1 as Phil Parkinson’s men turned in a strong display.
Fleetwood Town are next up in the final game of pre-season before Wrexham kick off in League One against Wycombe Wanderers.
Parkinson will be delighted with this pre-season; five new signings and some impressive displays against strong opposition.
There is still work to be done though and Wrexham may move to land another forward ahead of the new season.

Wrexham face Blackburn Rovers battle
As things stand, Parkinson will call upon the likes of Jack Marriott, Ollie Palmer, Steven Fletcher and Sam Dalby to lead Wrexham’s attack.
Paul Mullin is on the sidelines right now and could miss the start of the season after undergoing surgery.
Dalby’s long-term future is a little unclear and Fletcher may feature in a lesser role this season as he heads towards the end of his career.
That may leave Wrexham to consider adding another forward this summer and one name mentioned is that of Stephen Humphrys.
A free agent after leaving Wigan Athletic this summer, Wrexham were linked with a move to sign Humphrys in May.
Some Wrexham fans will remember that Humphrys was thought to be a target in January too.
No move has materialised just this summer though and Humphrys could actually end up landing a Championship deal.
The Lancashire Telegraph report that Blackburn Rovers are interested in signing Humphrys on a free transfer.
Rovers are though to have ‘registered their interest’ in signing Humphrys, who rejected Wigan’s attempts to keep him.
Blackburn are set to sign Japanese striker Yuki Ohashi from Sanfreece Hiroshima but they still want Humphrys too.
John Eustace’s side seemingly aren’t spending big this summer and free agent Humphrys fits the bill at Ewood Park.
Wrexham haven’t firmed up a move for Humphrys and instead seem to be focusing on Luton Town’s John McAtee.
That may pave the way for Humphrys to join Rovers without much of a challenge, but Parkinson will be weighing up his options ahead of the new season.
Wigan targets heading elsewhere
Those reports in May suggested that Wrexham wanted three players after leaving Wigan Athletic.
Left back Tom Pearce alongside forwards Humphrys and Josh Magennis were all thought to be on Wrexham’s radar.
Former Leeds United talent Pearce has since completed a move to Canada having joined MLS side CF Montreal.
Centre forward Magennis has signed for League One rivals Exeter City and Humphrys could now join Blackburn.
This is just how the transfer window goes; a number of targets are on the list but not all of them end up signing.
Wrexham have done some fine business and missing out on Humprhys wouldn’t be the end of the world – especially if McAtee can be signed instead.
