Wrexham signed Dan Scarr from Plymouth Argyle over the summer and he has been a revelation since joining.
The Red Dragons made a number of superb signings during the 2024 summer transfer window in a bid to make a proper promotion push in the current campaign.
One of their biggest moves of the window saw them poach Dan Scarr from Championship outfit, Plymouth Argyle.
The 29-year-old was previously a key figure for The Greens and played an important role in them avoiding relegation in 2023/24.
As a result, his transfer to League One outfit Wrexham was a major coup and it has worked out very well so far.
Phil Parkinson praised Scarr last month after the latest of many superb defensive showings for the Red Dragons.
Now, with the winter window nearly upon us, Wrexham could once again look to Plymouth in order to improve their squad.

Wrexham can sign Andre Gray from Plymouth Argyle
It has been reported this month that Wrexham want to sign a striker in the upcoming window are eyeing an option with Championship experience.
And they should now once again return to Plymouth to poach one of Wayne Rooney’s men in January.
Andre Gray made the move to Devan in October, signing as a free agent to provide some much-needed goals for the relegation-battling side.
So far, the 33-year-old has done exactly that in his short time at the club, scoring three and assisting one in just six games – only three of which saw him play more than 45 minutes.
In a major boost to Wrexham, Gray’s future at Plymouth is in doubt due to his contract expiring on December 31st, 2024.
Given the immense pulling power the Red Dragons have, they could well tempt Gray into dropping down a division next year, much like they did with Scarr.

He has since enjoyed spells in the Premier League and Championship with the likes of Brentford, Burnley, Watford and Queens Park Rangers.
The number nine is a prolific goalscorer, which is exactly what Wrexham need right now amid Paul Mullin’s struggles for goals and Jack Marriott’s injury blow.
Here is how Gray’s goalscoring record compares to some of the Red Dragons’ other centre-forwards:
