Wrexham have yet to make a move in the summer transfer window but could pounce to sign a forward from Major League Soccer.
We have become used to seeing some exciting business being done in summer transfer windows at Wrexham.
Paul Mullin arrived in 2021, Elliot Lee joined in 2022 and James McClean’s 2023 arrival impressed Ryan Reynolds.
Last summer brought George Dobson and Ollie Rathbone, whilst Wrexham even secured loanee Arthur Okonkwo permanently.
Reports suggest Wrexham are ready to spend this summer, with Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds ready to invest ahead of playing Championship football.
Wrexham have been linked with Aaron Cresswell in recent days, but will also look at younger players.

Wrexham lead race to sign Sunusi Ibrahim
Reports from Give Me Sport now suggest that Wrexham are leading the race to sign CF Montreal forward Sunusi Ibrahim.
Ibrahim is under contract until 2026, but Montreal have the option to extend that deal until 2027.
The Major League Soccer side value Ibrahim at just $300,000 to $500,000 – which works out to around £220,000 to £370,000.
That would not represent a huge outlay for Wrexham, and Ibrahim may be viewed as a cheap, young talent who is worth taking a chance on for the years to come.
The report adds that the 22-year-old is a favourite in the Montreal dressing room, with his ‘fun personality’ making him a popular figure.
Wrexham are yet to dip into foreign markets for new signings in the McElhenney and Reynolds era, but Ibrahim could become Phil Parkinson’s first addition of the summer.

Wrexham target Sunusi Ibrahim profiled
Ibrahim hails from Nigeria and emerged with Nigerian side Nasarawa United as a youngster.
Early buzz was sparked as Ibrahim hit 10 goals in 22 Nigerian Professional Football League games as a teenager, winning the Golden Boot back in 2019.
After spending time with fellow Nigerian side 36 Lion, Ibrahim headed off to Canada with CF Montreal in 2021.
The diminutive forward was hailed as ‘fast and powerful’ by CF Montreal sporting director Olivier Renard on the club’s official website.
Ibrahim impressed in the 2024 MLS season, hitting six goals in 25 games despite playing just 996 minutes.
Now potentially heading to North Wales, Ibrahim would certainly be one for the future and a potential wildcard in the Wrexham attack.
