Wrexham are still riding the positivity of promotion to the Championship.
Steve Parkin has praised Wrexham’s key figures at the club, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, as well as his manager Phil Parkinson for the magic they are creating.
Elliot Lee has hailed Wrexham for giving him an ‘incredible’ life at the football club and the supporters are already eagerly awaiting the new season in the second tier.
Wrexham’s rise has been remarkable and the release of the new series of ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ is only set to enhance that interest. However, Ollie Palmer has revealed one major difficulty to the success of the club.

Ollie Palmer reveals Wrexham difficulty amid club’s success
Speaking on chat show ‘Good Night New York’ as per FOX5, Palmer has revealed that getting into the club’s training ground is now a challenge following the rise in attention surrounding the club.
Palmer stated: “It’s booming, you know sometimes I find it hard just to get into training, you know you’re trying to get into the training ground and there’s like 50 coaches up the side of the road,
“It’s really changed, you know, but Rob [McElhenney] and Ryan [Reynolds] have done so much for Wrexham, for the community and the way that we can repay them is by putting in performances.
“It’s a town where if the football club succeeds, the town succeeds and you can feel that, you can feel that passion.”
Ollie Palmer praises Wrexham team spirit
Parkinson’s transfer strategy of signing players with ‘egos’ has been a masterstroke at the club and the spirit of the Wrexham squad has been a real driving force behind their success.
Palmer explained: “There’s just a real togetherness that I’ve never had at any other football club before.”
Parkinson has admitted departures will happen at Wrexham this summer as the club prepares to evolve and adapt to life in the Championship but keeping that core spirit will be vital next season.
Wrexham have a winning mentality and momentum right now following their three successive promotions, and whilst it is accepted improvements need to be made, the foundations for success are there.
