Wrexham are being urged to sign a player by their Championship rivals’ fans after links emerged this week.
The Red Dragons’ transfer business has picked up a great deal during the last seven days.
Liberato Cacace joined Wrexham on Friday in what is currently a new record transfer.
George Thomason left Bolton Wanderers for the Welsh club at the beginning of the week, signing in a seven-figure deal.
Most recently, Wrexham signed Josh Windass on a free transfer on the back of the 31-year-old departing Sheffield Wednesday.
But more arrivals are expected, and fans from one club are quite keen for Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac to sanction a transfer.

Sheffield United fans beg Wrexham to sign Kieffer Moore
It has emerged this week that Wrexham are showing an interest in Sheffield United striker Kieffer Moore.
The 33-year-old has been on the Blades’ books for some time, and fans of the Yorkshire outfit are quite keen for him to be moved on.
One fan wrote: “£10 million is a bargain – chuck in a free curly wurly.”
A second simply replied: “Please take him,” with a third echoing: “Take.”
“If we can rinse them for way more than he’s worth sure,” tweeted another fan.
A fourth Blades fan asked: “Does he want a lift?” with another joking: “Always loved Wrexham.”
While a fifth perhaps rather worryingly stated: “How much do we have to pay them to take him?”
And another Sheffield United supporter stated: “I’ll drive him right there,” and a seventh tweeted: “Please take him he’s worth 50 million.”
