Red Dragons boss Phil Parkinson’s summer transfer window has paid off spectacularly, with three new arrivals topping the charts as Wrexham’s highest-rated players.
Wrexham have endured a topsy-turvy start to life in the Championship, having won last time out away at Norwich City.
With two wins on the bounce in away games for Wrexham, Phil Parkinson is still awaiting a first home victory for his side in the Championship.
Much of Wrexham’s success so far from this season has been delivered, courtesy of their new signings, some of whom have hit the ground running at the Racecourse Ground.
Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac financially backed Parkinson, and it has paid off brilliantly, with three signings already hitting the heights in North Wales.

Three Wrexham signings top the list of Phil Parkinson’s highest performers
According to SofaScore, the highest-rated Wrexham player so far in the Championship is Josh Windass, who shone in the 3-2 away win against Norwich City.
With three goals in as many Championship appearances, he has been handed an average rating of 7.80.
Windass was regarded as ‘brilliant’ in the win against Norwich City, having already proven to be a top talent during his short spell so far at the club.
Coming in at second is Kieffer Moore, who has amassed a 7.60 rating for his efforts in the Championship so far.
Like Windass, Moore has been a constant goalscoring threat for Wrexham when on the pitch, and has managed four goals in six Championship appearances.
At third is injured shot-stopper Danny Ward, who, despite missing a run of games, continues to boast a lofty rating of 7.38, particularly because of his stunning Championship opener against Southampton.

Wrexham transfer business has already paid off spectacularly
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson facilitated a mass clearout of players this summer, with 14 new faces coming through the doors of the Racecourse Ground.
It can be safely said, even at this early stage of the season, that the business done by Wrexham this summer, although it was ambitious and yet risky, has already paid off.
Wrexham’s squad has been transformed from a top-end League One outfit to a side that could surprise a few in the Championship, and has already done so against both Millwall and Norwich City.
The stats prove Wrexham’s success as well – with several new players already stamping their mark on the side, there is increasing hope that Parkinson can deliver a successful season in the Championship.
