Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac still have plenty of cash left to spend this summer, which could see them bolster Phil Parkinson’s squad with three more arrivals.
Wrexham are set to take part in their 2025/26 Championship campaign in less than a fortnight, and the club has been particularly busy behind the scenes as they look to add extra quality to the squad.
Red Dragons owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have already supplied Phil Parkinson with several marquee signings, including the deals to sign both Liberato Cacace and Lewis O’Brien, with both players arriving for £4m and £5m respectively.
As the only signings that have cost Wrexham a significant amount of money, they have been left with a budget of £14.1m of the initial budget remaining, and that is without potential player sales.
Wrexham have plenty of room to bring in extra faces before the transfer window slams shut – here are three that they could sign with their remaining budget…

Wrexham could sign Davis Keillor-Dunn for £5m
Phil Parkinson will be keen to add further goalscoring firepower to his ranks, which could lead him towards the path of Barnsley forward Davis Keillor-Dunn.
After an impeccable season with the Reds, it is clear that Keillor-Dunn is ready to make the step up to the Championship, and Wrexham could hand him that opportunity.
It would be expected that £5m should be enough to attain the services of Keillor-Dunn this summer, who has already spent time at Wrexham earlier in his career.

Colombian ace Juan Portilla could be snapped up for £4m
Recent reports have suggested that Wrexham are keen on Colombian gem Juan Portilla.
Wrexham have supposedly already made contact with Portilla in a deal that could cost the Red Dragons £4m.
The strong and gruelling powerhouse of a midfielder would be a fine addition for Phil Parkinson this summer – one who would not take a sizeable chunk out of the remaining budget either.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney could finish window with audacious Christian Eriksen signing
Technically, a deal to sign Christian Eriksen would be free for Wrexham due to the Danish legend currently being a free agent after he left Manchester United at the end of the 2024/25 season.
However, Wrexham’s audacious attempts to sign Eriksen this summer are only likely if they hand the midfielder a sizeable contract at the Racecourse Ground.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have shown their ambition ever since they took over at Wrexham, but signing Eriksen would take them to the next level.
The fact that Wrexham would be able to attain all three transfer targets, and continue to add more free agents to the squad is a frightening prospect for rival clubs, with Reynolds and Mac showing that the Red Dragons are not here to simply take part this season.
