Wrexham continue to eye Premier League talent in their attempts to bolster their squad.

Wrexham are interested in Aaron Cresswell from West Ham United after the defender’s contract is set to expire in June.

Tom Cairney has been offered a contract by Wrexham but the Fulham fans are desperate for him to extend his stay at Craven Cottage.

Nottingham Forest’s Lewis O’Brien is also on Wrexham’s radar but the Red Dragons face competition from Valencia for his signature.

Another Premier League target has also emerged for Phil Parkinson in recent hours and Thomas Frank has already told the Wrexham manager where’s best to deploy the young talent.

Thomas Frank revealed Myles Peart-Harris verdict

Speaking to Brentford’s official website, Frank discussed the qualities of Myles Peart-Harris upon signing the youngster back in 2021.

Wrexham are interested in signing Peart-Harris after having spent a season on loan in the Championship with Swansea recently.

Frank stated: “Myles is a very talented young player and an exciting signing for us. We see him playing as an ‘eight’ in our system and he fits the position profile perfectly for that. He is a dynamic midfield player, and he drives forward with the ball.

“Myles has great quality on the ball. He can score goals and deliver assists for us. He is great at arriving in the penalty area at the right time.

“There is also lots of development potential for our coaches to work with. We think there will be lots of areas where he will get better, particularly defensively, but he has some great attributes, and we believe we can maximise his potential.”

Myles Peart-Harris Championship record

Peart-Harris has had a number of loan spells away from Brentford in recent years, most notably at Forest Green Rovers and Portsmouth before spending last season in South Wales with Swansea.

He predominantly featured on the left wing for Swansea however, given Frank’s comments upon signing the youngster, Parkinson may see his future in a more central role.

Parkinson is in contact with Premier League clubs and his past transfer strategy of acquiring players from higher divisions is once again in full swing.

Whether a deal can be struck to bring Peart-Harris to the Racecourse Ground on a permanent or loan deal remains to be seen but Wrexham would be getting a player ready to contribute to the cause.
