Wrexham are eyeing a third straight promotion under the ownership of Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.
Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds played a pivotal role in Wrexham ending their 15-year stint in the National League back in 2022.
The Red Dragons then wasted little time climbing up the EFL ladder, finishing second in League Two last season to secure promotion to the third tier for the first time since it was rebranded as League One.
As was to be expected, however, Wrexham are finding the task of securing a third-straight promotion pretty difficult.
Reynolds and McElhenney have been told why Birmingham will win League One ahead of them, but it is not the Tom Brady-owned side who currently sit at the summit.
Instead, Wycombe Wanderers have claimed top spot going into the latest round of league fixtures.
Wycombe have earned 32 points from 14 games while Birmingham are second on 30 points with a game in hand.

Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds told how Wrexham can win promotion
Wrexham, meanwhile, are third in League One on 28 points but have already played one more game than Wycombe and two more than Birmingham.
As a result, the Welsh side are facing an uphill battle to secure automatic promotion from the third tier already.
However, speaking to Football League World, EFL pundit and former player Carlton Palmer has now told Wrexham to sign a new striker in January if they want to claim a top-two spot come the end of the campaign.
He said: “If Wrexham genuinely want that automatic spot, which is going to be tough, I think they need to go out and get a striker who can score them those goals to get them over the line.
“They keep it really tight at the back, they share the goals out and have got really good goal difference.
“They’re there or thereabouts and have played a game more but are only four points off Wycombe in top spot with a lot to play for.
“A striker would be a good bit of business.”

Who will Wrexham sign in January
Palmer will no doubt be pleased to learn that Wrexham want to sign a new striker in January.
But who that player will be remains up in the air, though it has been claimed the club want someone with Championship experience.
Wrexham were linked with Tom Bradshaw back in July and could potentially go back in for the 32-year-old over the winter.
Elsewhere, while not linked, Middlesbrough ace Josh Coburn would be a great signing for the Red Dragons, especially as he has fallen out of favour under Boro boss Michael Carrick.
