Wrexham are still searching for additional signings even after landing nine new faces for boss Phil Parkinson.
Promotion to the Championship was always going to bring change for Wrexham this summer.
Wrexham have now snapped up nine signings this summer, with Nathan Broadhead becoming Parkinson’s latest addition on Thursday.
Broadhead spent time in Wrexham’s youth ranks as a kid and has now completed an emotional return from Ipswich Town.
Parkinson has been backed handsomely this summer, with more than £15million spent on adding new signings to the Wrexham squad.
Parkinson has admitted wanting more signings, and another midfielder may yet be on his wish list.

Wrexham target Sivert Mannsverk nearing Ajax exit
George Thomason joined Wrexham earlier this summer, but has yet to make a competitive appearance due to injury.
Lewis O’Brien also bolstered Wrexham’s midfield ranks, yet doubts over the future of George Evans mean another midfielder could be targeted.
Wrexham showed an interest in Juan Portilla from Talleres, but that rumour has gone a little quiet of late.
Another rumour saw Wrexham linked with signing Sivert Mannsverk from Ajax, following a loan spell at Cardiff City.
Ajax have made Mannsverk available for transfer this summer, and Wrexham may still be tracking the Norwegian’s situation in Amsterdam.
Voetbal International reporter Tim van Duijn now claims that Mannsverk looks set to be the next player to leave Ajax.
‘Nothing certain until the signature is in place, but Mannsverk seems to be the next to leave,’ said Van Duijn on X.
Mannsverk appears to have a move in the pipeline, and Wrexham’s interest means he is a name to watch in the coming days.
Sivert Mannsverk profiled amid Wrexham interest
Mannsverk emerged in his native Norway with Sogndal, bagging six goals in 55 games to earn a move to Molde.
The 23-year-old continued to impress after his big move as he notched eight goals in 86 appearances for Molde.
Ajax came calling in 2023, luring him to the Netherlands in Mannsverk’s first move away from Norway.
The switch to Amsterdam really hasn’t worked out, with Mannsverk only managing 16 first-team outings for Ajax.
Mannsverk headed out on loan in January, playing 15 games for Wrexham’s Welsh rivals Cardiff City.
The Bluebirds suffered relegation to the Championship as Mannsverk made 15 appearances before heading back to Ajax.
Now seeking a permanent home away from Ajax, Mannsverk could yet return to Wales with Wrexham interested earlier in the window.
