Wrexham owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have made several high-profile signings this summer, but one is still yet to hit the top heights.
Wrexham find themselves still winless in the Championship after two losses and a draw so far in the league.
This season so far has proven to be a reality check for Wrexham, despite a flurry of transfer activity provided by Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac.
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson has been backed significantly in the summer transfer window, but the Red Dragons have struggled out on the pitch, with their most recent result ending 2-2 at home to a beleaguered Sheffield Wednesday side.
Several new signings have already shown their worth, but there is one who Parkinson will be expecting more from in the coming games.

Phil Parkinson will want to see more from Wrexham signing Nathan Broadhead
Wrexham signed Nathan Broadhead from Ipswich Town this summer, with the Welsh international costing Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac a significant £10m fee.
The striker has arrived with plenty of promise, but has yet to live up to his lofty expectations after two games at the Racecourse Ground.
He was named on the bench for the clash with West Brom, but was called upon early after Josh Windass suffered an injury, whilst also starting the following week against Sheffield Wednesday.
Against the Owls, the forward struggled to stamp any authority on the game, being overshadowed by the impact made by Kieffer Moore, who scored two goals to give Wrexham a lead at half-time.
Via SofaScore, Broadhead did not manage a single shot, whilst he also lost possession on 10 occasions against a depleted Sheffield Wednesday outfit.

Nathan Broadhead could reignite form against Millwall
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson will be keen for Nathan Broadhead to finally prove his worth, having shown so far that £10m is very steep to bring him in for.
Fortunately, the Red Dragons face off against Millwall next time out in the Championship, and whilst they find themselves in good form, Broadhead will be hoping to replicate his previous performances against the South London side.
In Ipswich Town’s 2023/24 season, Broadhead stunned Millwall with two goals and one assist across both home and away fixtures, in games that finished 3-1 and 4-0 to the Tractor Boys.
The 27-year-old has the talent to shine at this level, but the pressure is now on for him to get Wrexham out of their early rut.
