Wrexham are still looking to strengthen their squad before the summer transfer deadline, with one deal given the green light by a pundit.
Wrexham are expected to be pretty active in the final days of the summer transfer window.
Ollie Palmer is leaving for Swindon Town after much speculation around his future this summer.
Tom O’Connor has been told he can leave by the Red Dragons in the final week of the window.
Jacob Mendy’s Wrexham future remains in doubt after it was previously said he could leave on loan.
In terms of potential incomings at the Racecourse Ground, the Welsh side are looking to add another midfielder to their ranks.

Wrexham move for Will Smallbone approved
Jordan James is wanted by Wrexham and Phil Parkinson has commented on his potential signing.
Meanwhile, it was reported last weekend that the Dragons had bids on the table for three midfielders.
One of those, Andy Irving, has allegedly snubbed Wrexham, while Will Smallbone was another midfielder thought to be of interest to the North America-backed team.
Now, EFL pundit Don Goodman has given his verdict on Parkinson and Co. potentially making a move for the Southampton ace.
As per Football League World, he said: “Wrexham have spent an awful lot of money, and I think the opening few games of the Championship have probably opened up the eyes of the fans and owners, but more importantly, the coaching staff.
“I do think that Phil Parkinson knew that it wasn’t going to be straightforward bringing Wrexham from the National League up to the Championship.
“It almost feels like, with some of the players they’ve been linked with and that they want to sign, that he recognises that the style of football that got them through the leagues will not prevail in the Championship,” Goodman claimed.
“To that extent, Will Smallbone would be a little bit of a directional change. He’s a ball-playing midfielder, so if that’s the avenue Wrexham are going to go down, then I really rate Will Smallbone, particularly at Championship level.”

Will Smallbone wage
The initial report covering Wrexham’s interest in the midfielder mentioned a £7.5m fee for Smallbone.
Given he is now in the final year of his contract and not playing for Southampton this season, that may seem a bit steep to some.
As for his wage, Capology reports he takes home £25,000-a-week with the Saints at present.
Though not reported, it’s fair to assume he would ask for a similar fee should he join Wrexham.
