Phil Parkinson opted to let a number of players leave Wrexham during the summer of 2025.
While Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac own the club, they have no say on which players are let go.
In fact, earlier this summer, Mac revealed one of his favourite Wrexham players was released and he found out about it via social media.
In total, eight players were released by Phil Parkinson at the end of their contracts in June.
Several of those have already found new clubs, including Sam Dalby joining Bolton Wanderers and Mark Howard signing for Salford City.
Now, another released Wrexham ace has finally found a new team this week.

Manager on signing released Wrexham player
Jordan Davies confirmed his Wrexham exit in May before the club’s retained list was announced.
In recent weeks, Davies has been training with the PFA as part of their pre-season squad in order to build up fitness.
The midfielder impressed during a number of friendlies and has finally found a new team this week.
It was confirmed on Wednesday evening that Davies has signed for Fleetwood Town on a one-year deal.
Now, speaking to the press on Friday, manager Pete Wild has explained his decision to bring in the former Wrexham man.
He stated: “I felt we were short in certain areas. I’ve always been a fan of Jordan Davies, I thought it’d be a good move for us, we knew, if we got him to his best, he would be a good addition.”

What Jordan Davies said about leaving Wrexham
Davies was integral to Wrexham’s early rise under Reynolds and Mac.
In total, he played 139 matches, scored 31 goals, and provided one assist for the Welsh powerhouse.
Upon leaving, Davies penned a message to Wrexham, in which he thanked Rob and Ryan.
He wrote: “My time at my hometown club has come to [an] end, safe to say we’ve been on a special journey not in my dreams when I joined back in Covid did I think I’d be leaving here 5 seasons later with it being a Championship club.
“With unbelievable achievements right along the way. I want to say thank you to all the players and staff that have helped me on the journey.
“It was a special group of lads [the] whole time.
“Special thank you @vancityreynolds and @robmcelhenney for changing the feel around the whole town, long may the Wrexham journey continue.”
