Wrexham’s players are off to Las Vegas for their post-season celebrations but in their absence things are starting to heat up in the transfer market.
Ryan Reynolds backed Phil Parkinson’s transfer strategy of acquiring players without ‘egos’ as the Wrexham squad harmony has been a huge factor behind their success.
However, with that being said, Wrexham are expecting a busy summer both in and out of the door at the Racecourse Ground. In terms of outgoings, Elliot Lee has been touted as a potential departure.
Tom Lawrence is flattered by Wrexham’s interest in a potential deal to bring the Rangers man to North Wales and a managerial departure could open up another opportunity for a long term target.

Danny Rohl exit could help Wrexham land Michael Smith
According to talkSport, Sheffield Wednesday manager Dann Rohl is set to depart the club amid interest from Premier League side Southampton.
Wrexham are long-term admirers of Michael Smith, a player that Rohl fought to keep at Hillsborough during his time at the club.
Smith is set to become a free agent and Wednesday have until May 17th to make a decision on whether to offer the striker a new contract or confirm their intention to release.
If Rohl was to depart, it would spark major confusion and doubt around Smith’s future at the club and Parkinson could finally land a player he has admired for a while on a free transfer.
Wrexham will need to offload strikers this summer
After acquiring Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez in the January window, it seems that the Red Dragons are still in the market for firepower up top ahead of the Championship campaign.
Wrexham have interest in Callum Robinson, whilst Ryan Hardie and Joe Gelhardt have also been linked once again.

Steven Fletcher’s contract deadline is the same as Smith’s at Sheffield Wednesday, with Wrexham needing to make a decision by May 17th.
Paul Mullin has been backed to leave this summer alongside Ollie Palmer, however, it is unclear what the plan is for Jack Marriott or Modou Faal.
