A number of big names have already left Wrexham in the summer transfer window, including fan favourite Paul Mullin.

Wrexham have had a fairly active start to the summer in a bid to strengthen for their first season in the Championship.

Ryan Hardie was the first signing of the current window for the Reds, bringing a plethora of Championship experience with him.

His arrival at the Racecourse Ground was recently followed by Wrexham signing Danny Ward on a free.

But while the focus has largely been on incomings, plenty of stars have departed Wales since 2024/25 came to a close.

Wrexham release multiple players

As has become fairly common in recent years, a number of players have seen their contracts run down and leave for free this year.

Steven Fletcher and Mark Howard were among eight senior players to depart, while a few young names also left.

As well as plenty of free agent moves, Wrexham have also sanctioned permanent departures of a few names.

The biggest exit from the Racecourse this summer so far is a loan move.

Wrexham can recall Mullin from his loan spell with the Latics in the January transfer window.
