Wrexham’s owners, Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac, continue to enjoy success away from the Welsh football club.
Since taking over at the Racecourse Ground, Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac have turned the Dragons into a global force.
After a £2m purchase in 2021, Wrexham are now valued at £350m in 2025 following three promotions in a row.
Welcome to Wrexham has been a huge success for the club, with their new global fanbase bringing in huge revenues that can compete with some Premier League sides.
Reynolds and Mac have also looked to expand their portfolios outside of football in the last several years, including becoming the co-owners of Wrexham Lager in October 2024.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac’s business Wrexham Lager expands
The company’s former CEO, James Wright, has previously praised Reynolds and Mac for coming on board.
Wrexham Lager, a 140-year-old company, has already been able to expand into North America thanks to Rob and Ryan.
And they have now taken their expansion plans up a level this week.
It has been announced that Wrexham Lager will now be stocked in Waitrose stores across Wales, as per Business News Wales.
Interim CEO Jon Roberts said on the deal: “Expanding our UK footprint with our new partnership with Waitrose is another huge milestone for the business. We’re excited to put forward our high-quality lager to a wider range of shoppers, strengthening our presence on the high street and helping bring our product into more Welsh households.”

Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac football investments
As well as Wrexham, Reynolds and Mac have two more football-related projects they are now part of.
They invested in Club Necaxa in April 2024 and have since helped them launch their own Welcome to Wrexham-style documentary that has been airing over the summer.
Mac and Reynolds invested in La Equidad as well, with a deal reported to be around £24.5m.
La Equidad play their football in the Categoría Primera A and are currently 11th in the division.
