Wrexham will continue to make changes to their squad, as new signings and more players are expected in the remainder of the window.
Wrexham lost to Southampton on the opening weekend of the 2025/26 season despite a spirited performance.
The Red Dragons will now clash with Hull City in a Carabao Cup match before taking on West Bromwich Albion later this week.
While the games are now coming thick and fast at the Racecourse Ground, there is still much work to do on the transfer front, and we have picked out some deals that could be completed in the near future.

Jacob Mendy leaves Wrexham on loan
It’s no secret that Wrexham have one of the most inflated squads in the Championship right now.
Once the transfer window shuts, Phil Parkinson will have to select his 25-man squad for the first half of the season.
Parkinson has already said players will leave this summer, and has specifically stated they are looking to send left-back Jacob Mendy out on loan.
Ollie Palmer leaves Wrexham
As we have already covered, Wrexham have offered Ollie Palmer to multiple clubs this summer.
Parkinson then said that Palmer will be moving on in the current transfer window during an interview late last week.
We previously shared that both MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon have looked at the 33-year-old striker.
And Palmer was pictured watching his former club in action from the stands over the weekend.
Wrexham loan deal gets over the line
It seems like Wrexham have done the bulk of their transfer business this summer, at least on the permanent front.
A transfer for Nathan Broadhead can’t be ruled out, but Kieran McKenna used the winger against Birmingham City despite saying he has requested to explore a move elsewhere.
Away from the Broadhead saga, Wrexham are trying to sign Lewis Koumas and Pedro Lima on loan from Premier League outfits Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
It is understood that the Dragons are in advanced talks to sign Koumas amid Parkinson commenting on Wrexham’s transfers last week.
He said pre-Southampton: “There’s a number of deals we’re looking into at the moment so I think it’s a bit unfair going into the season to comment on other teams’ players who are under contract.
“But there’s several opportunities we’re looking at and hopefully can make the right calls to continue improving what we’ve got.”
