Phil Parkinson could decide to reward a Wrexham star when the Dragons line out in the Championship this weekend.
Wrexham face Derby County in a second-tier fixture on September 27, aiming to pick up their third win in a row.
The Welsh side beat Norwich City in their last Championship clash before seeing off Reading in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
Unlike most weeks in the league, Wrexham are favourites to beat Derby according to Opta.
But going into the game, defensive concerns for the Red Dragons have been mooted as they search for their first win at the Racecourse Ground in the Championship.
However, after Reading, the Wrexham manager may wish to change up his backline.

Phil Parkinson could start Lewis Brunt vs Derby County
Lewis Brunt lost his place in the Championship eleven after the arrival of Callum Doyle.
Following a slightly slow start that saw him hardly featuring, Brunt was called a ‘Rolls-Royce’ of a defender.
Rob Mac thinks the centre-back is a ‘killer’, and he was in top form against Reading last time out.
Wrexham fans suggested Brunt could start moving forward, with some mooting a potential swap with Doyle.
However, in the Carabao Cup, the former Leicester City stopper played on the opposite side of the back three.
He was arguably Wrexham’s best player on the night and was a key reason for them keeping only their second clean sheet of the season.
So, he could come into the side against Derby on the right of the three, meaning Max Cleworth would likely lose his starting berth this weekend.
Phil Parkinson called Cleworth ‘phenomenal’ for his goalscoring exploits last season, and he hasn’t played badly this season.
But as Wrexham try to tighten up their backline in the second tier, changes may be made, as we saw with Conor Coady being dropped last week.

Will Nathan Broadhead start for Wrexham vs Derby County
Further forward, a decision on who will play behind Kieffer Moore needs to be made.
Nathan Broadhead was praised after he opened his Wrexham account against Reading earlier this week.
However, Josh Windass and Lewis O’Brien played off Moore against Norwich, and they were impressive.
Parkinson now has plenty of options in the attacking midfield roles, and it will be interesting to see who gets the nod this weekend.
