Wrexham are expected to have a very busy 2025 summer transfer window no matter what division they end up in next season.
The Red Dragons have recruited heavily since securing promotion to League One in the 2023/24 season.
Nine players arrived at the Racecourse Ground in the 2024 summer transfer window, followed by three more free agents in the latter months of 2024.
Meanwhile, Wrexham then splashed the cash in January, signing Sam Smith, Ryan Longman and Jay Rodriguez.
While the winter transfer has only been closed for a few weeks, attention has already begun to turn to the summer.
Wrexham have been linked with another striker recently and now, we have predicted what will happen at the Racecourse once the 2025 summer transfer window opens.

Wrexham sell Paul Mullin
The future of Paul Mullin has become a topic of conversation of late after the striker has scored just three league goals all season.
Mullin was linked with an exit shortly before deadline day and though he ended up staying put, has fallen out of favour.
At best, he now seems to be the fifth-choice striker in Wales with Parkinson confirming Mullin was fit to feature against Northampton Town over the weekend but was still left out of the matchday squad.
Given Wrexham already have seven centre-forwards and will likely want another in the summer, it makes sense for the 30-year-old to be sold as his contract, age, and previous form likely means he will fetch the highest fee of all options barring Smith, who obviously won’t leave.

Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds break Wrexham transfer record
Since Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds took the reigns, Wrexham haven’t been shy about spending.
They have broken their transfer record on numerous occasions, doing so twice in August 2024 for Ollie Rathbone and then Modou Faal.
More recently, Wrexham smashed their transfer record to sign Smith from Reading in a deal well into the seven-figure region.
But as their ambitions grow and a higher level of player is required, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Rob and Ryan sign their first player for over £3m in the summer.
Wrexham loan out rising stars
With another busy window likely, it would be wise for Wrexham to loan out several of their young talents.
Faal has played just 56 minutes of League One football this term and needs to be loaned to a League Two team so he can start playing regular football.
Harry Ashfield may also benefit from a spell away from the Racecourse as though he’s clearly got massive potential, he won’t get enough minutes at Wrexham right now.
And while not really a rising star, Sebastian Revan might reap the rewards of a short-term exit to try and build back up his confidence following a rough start to his Wrexham career.
