Wrexham have wrapped up another summer signing after confirming the arrival of Sheffield United striker Kieffer Moore.

Phil Parkinson has been a busy man this summer, adding seven new faces to the Wrexham squad.

Ryan Hardie was the first to arrive, before goalkeeper Danny Ward re-joined Wrexham after leaving Leicester City.

Liberato Cacace then became Wrexham’s record signing, before George Thomason joined from Bolton Wanderers.

Josh Windass arrived on a free transfer, and Wrexham set a new club record on Lewis O’Brien, landing four signings in quick succession.

Conor Coady became Wrexham’s latest signing on Friday, with the central defender arriving from Leicester City to make it seven summer additions for Parkinson – and number eight is now on board.

Kieffer Moore reacts as Wrexham deal announced

Reports last week suggested that Wrexham were moving to sign Kieffer Moore from Sheffield United.

By Thursday night, Moore was expected for a Wrexham medical over the weekend as his transfer moved forward.

Wrexham have now completed the signing of Moore in a deal believed to be worth around £2million.

Moore has penned a three-year deal with Wrexham and becomes Parkinson’s latest attacking addition.

Moore spoke to Wrexham’s official website after being presented as a new signing, admitting that he is ‘over the moon’ to complete his switch.

The giant striker wants to be an ‘experienced leader’ in this Wrexham squad and noted that his work ethic is one of his biggest attributes.

“I’m over the moon to join the Club and I can’t wait to get started,” said Moore.

“I want to be that experienced leader and bring a lot to the team. My work ethic is one of my strongest assets and I want to be someone that can help drive the team forward,” he added.

Parkinson loves to use a target man in his attack, with Ollie Palmer the leading man in that role since his arrival in 2022.

Palmer has fallen down the pecking order in 2025, though, and Moore is now coming in as Wrexham’s new focal point in attack.

Parkinson is understandably delighted to have secured the deal, telling Wrexham’s official website that he is looking forward to working with such an experienced performer.

“We’re delighted to welcome Kieffer to the Club. He’s a player with a lot of Championship and international experience and we’re looking forward to working with him,” said Parkinson.

Moore will now go straight into the Wrexham squad ahead of this weekend’s clash with Southampton, and could make his debut in the Championship opener.
