It’s a busy time for Wrexham right now, so we’ve gathered up all the biggest and best transfer stories from the past few days for you in one handy round-up.

With eight summer signings for Wrexham already, you’d be forgiven for thinking Phil Parkinson is done adding to his squad.

You’d be wrong, though, with rumours coming in thick and fast as we head into the final two weeks of the transfer window.

Will Kieffer Moore’s injury force Wrexham’s hand? Does Parky need more defenders? And will the Red Dragons finally dip into the loan market?

We’ve got it all covered here in our Wrexham transfer round-up.

Ollie Palmer gives Phil Parkinson a tricky decision

Against all the odds, Ollie Palmer was the Wrexham hero once again this week with two goals to fire the Red Dragons through to the next round of the Carabao Cup. But, will it be enough to save his Wrexham career?

Well, Phil Parkinson revealed Palmer is keen to stay at the club, before suggesting he hasn’t made up his mind as to what to do with the striker just yet.

Meanwhile, Palmer himself admitted it’s been difficult at Wrexham since he’s fallen down the pecking order.

What we do know is this saga is likely to last until the end of the transfer window. We are also told both MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon have been offered Palmer.

Will Wrexham sign Nathan Broadhead?

It’s been a couple of weeks now since Wrexham were first linked with Nathan Broadhead, but there’s still no move in the offing as things stand.

We know Wrexham are pushing for Broadhead to join them for around £7.5m, but Ipswich are keen to sign a replacement first.

That said, Broadhead did miss Ipswich’s recent game in the Carabao Cup, which could be a hint as to where he stands at Portman Road.

Liverpool want Lewis Koumas to get regular minutes

Wrexham have very rarely taken advantage of the loan market, but they are pursuing a move for Liverpool starlet Lewis Koumas.

This week, we learned that Liverpool have one demand: They want Koumas to get plenty of game time wherever he goes on loan.

It’s thought the likes of Norwich City, Derby County, Hull City, and Sheffield United are among those looking at him closely, while half the Championship has considered a move.

Jack Robinson or Chris Mepham?

It emerged over the weekend that Wrexham were keen on Jack Robinson, with a move for the Sheffield United veteran mooted.

We’re told that is true, but that the Red Dragons are also considering Chris Mepham, who would be more expensive.

Meanwhile, Lee Hendrie claimed a deal for Jack Robinson is unlikely to materialise. He thinks the Blades need Robinson too much at this moment in time.
